Groups, Pencils and Other Things

Today I found 2 yahoo groups that looked great. One for Colorado stampers and a general stamping one. I have applied to both of them and hope to hear back soon. My biggest problem in the past was having tons of cards laying around and nothing to do with them. Well, by joining in on groups I will be able to do RAKs and swaps and all that fun stuff so I am looking forward to that very much.

The pencils I ordered should be here Monday, I am hoping! I have been playing with my old pencils but I can't wait to try out the Prismacolor ones.

I have an idea for my first "back at it' card, and hopefully I can finish it tonight. I'm pretty limited with supplies so that makes it challenging, but we will see how it turns out. :)

New Beginnings

Here I am on my brand spankin' new craft blog. I am really excited about this and can't wait to get started. There are so many awesome and inspiring craft blogs out there but I just had to add one more.. although I can't promise it will be awesome OR inspiring but I will do my best. :)

I have an order in for a set of Prismacolor Colored pencils and I am keeping my fingers crossed that they will be here on Monday. Living in the boonies is great EXCEPT when you are waiting on getting something delivered. Almost everything takes an extra day out here.

I picked up some Turpenoid the other day when we went to Pueblo and Hobby Lobby. I am really looking forward to getting to try out that blending method. I also got a package of assorted colored card stock. There were soooo many things I also wanted but I couldn't get crazy. Maybe next time. And I can't wait till they run their stamping stuff on 50% off again. With my luck they probably did it last week and I just missed it. lol
